Policy

All deposits and payments are non-refundable. However, they may be applied to another class within 12 months of the payment date, provided seven (7) days of cancellation notice is made before the start of the scheduled class. Classes may be rescheduled one (1) time within the 12 months.
Before attending any class, the student must submit both waivers and have a valid and up-to-date drivers license.
If you do not have have residency in the United States of America I can not provide classes or certification for you.
If you do not have a lawful and legal residency in the United States of America I can not provide classes or certification for you.
No loaded firearms are permitted in the classroom during any class. This is a zero-tolerance policy.
You must be 21 years of age to take my class, not 18.
If you smell of marijuana or appear to be under the influence of drugs or alcohol before or during the class, you will be asked to leave. You may reschedule when sober and ready to take this course seriously. I will not jeopardize my student's safety, my safety, or your safety.
There is no vaping in class... I shouldn't have to say this, but I've already experienced it.
I'm a small business so cash is always accepted.
I can take online Paypal payments, but please understand I advertise cash payments. Paying via Paypal will add 3% to the course prices.
The student is responsible for paying for background checks and fingerprints at their local and state police departments. This is 100% the student responsibility.
